What is Google Trusted Stores
Google Trusted Stores is an eCommerce certification program. Google gives the badge to an eCommerce site that qualifies for fast and reliable shipping and a record of positive customer feedback.
A dissatisfied customer can receive up to $1,000 dollar for reimbursing from Google when purchase from the Google Trusted Store. The eCommerce site has to agree on the exchange for data access by Google such as item sold, shipping times, customer emails, reviews etc.
What is Google Customer Reviews
Google Customer Reviews is a free program that lets you collect feedback from users who’ve made a purchase on your site. Ratings from Google Customer Reviews apply to your seller ratings eligibility. Seller ratings appear on Search Ads, in Google Shopping, and on an optional badge that can be displayed on your site.
